The Centre for Development Policy and Practice is hosting a conversation on Hyderabad’s IT sector and how it treats Muslims, women, and Dalits, featuring Mr. Raju (Rajendra Prasad Boddapati) Prasad, an industry veteran with decades of experience across the IT, ITES, and hardware sectors.

Drawing from his journey in some of the biggest technology firms, he will reflect on the management cultures that shape the industry, and how these structures often lead to systemic discrimination.
